WHAT IS CHROMOTHERAPY?

Chromotherapy, also known as color light therapy, is a form of alternative medicine that uses different colors of light to treat various conditions. Here are some of the benefits of chromotherapy: Light therapy, also known as phototherapy, involves exposure to specific wavelengths of light to treat various medical conditions.

CHROMOTHERAPY COLORS AND MEANING

Color psychology is the study of how colors can influence human emotions, behavior, and perceptions. While it is a popular topic, there is some debate about the extent to which color can influence these factors.. The visual spectrum of electromagnetic radiation consists of the colors that can be seen by the human eye. these colors are typically divided into six primary colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet. When combined with a light source like a sauna LED panels it generates currents that penetrate the body. Each of these colors has a different wavelength and frequency. Indigo: Indigo light is used to stimulate the third eye chakra, which is associated with intuition and perception. It is often used to treat conditions such as headaches and migraines, as well as to promote spiritual awareness and insight.

Violet: Violet light is used to stimulate the crown chakra, which is associated with spirituality and enlightenment. It is often used to treat conditions such as depression and anxiety, as well as to promote feelings of inner peace and connection to the divine.
