This isn’t the typical post telling you all about random superfoods out there, the modern practitioner is a place filled with wellness tips to improve your daily life, and adding superfoods is a great place to start. Listen I’m an efficient lady when it comes to my body’s wellness and my skin of course. So adding in superfoods was a no-brainer, it’s an easy way to detox and energize your body and skin. And I can’t commit to one superfood, it’s just not gonna happen. There are THREE superfoods that I’m obsessed with and they are so easy to throw in your AM shake or even coffee.
