04 Mar Juicing Recipes You’ll Want To Try: Beginners Edition
I’ve shared before why I’ve made juicing (celery juice) a life priority. I love that it is an easy way to get a big chunk of nutrient-dense foods straight to my cells. When you think of all the health benefits that you can easily get just by blending or juicing a couple of ingredients together–the juice is worth the squeeze ( pun totally intended)!

The queen of juicing is Elissa Goodman. We were honored to have her on This Girl Life podcast in 2020. Elissa Goodman is an LA-based holistic nutritionist, lifestyle cleanse expert, and cancer survivor. She shared with us that when you juice consistently it’s a deep cleanse of your liver and body. Also, you can find Elissa’s Green Tonic for Hashimoto’s here! (p.s read my 5 Things To Know If Diagnosed With Hashimoto’s Disease post here)
